Welcome to Bunana Bread Rabbitry! 🐰🍞

We put so much love, time, and care into every little bun that comes out of our bakery. Our goal is to make bringing home one of our tiny bakers an exciting and easy experience while making sure each bunny is headed to a loving, prepared home.

Please read through our sales policy before reserving a bunny. By placing a deposit, you are agreeing to the policies below.

🧁 Reservations

Bunana Bread Rabbitry operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not maintain a waitlist.

Babies are typically posted for reservation when they are around 4–5 weeks old. This gives us time to watch them grow and become more confident in their sex, color, markings, and development before making them available.

Once reservations open, available babies may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

A $50 deposit is required to officially reserve your chosen bunny. A bunny is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received.

Deposits may be made through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, or another payment method agreed upon with us.

Please do not send a deposit until you have spoken with us and we have confirmed that the bunny is available.

🍪 Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total purchase price of your bunny.

Once a deposit has been received, that bunny will be marked as reserved and will no longer be offered to other families.

Please be certain that you are ready to welcome a bunny into your family before placing a deposit. If you change your mind or are otherwise unable to take your bunny, your deposit will not be refunded.

If something happens while the bunny is still in our care that prevents the bunny from being able to go home with you, we will work with you to make things right.

🥖 Remaining Balance

The $50 deposit is applied toward the total price of your bunny.

The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon pickup date.

If you need us to keep your bunny beyond their scheduled go-home date, arrangements must be made with us beforehand. The remaining balance must be paid in full for us to hold your bunny beyond the originally agreed-upon pickup date.

Any extended-care arrangements will be discussed individually.

🍰 Go-Home Day

Although babies are generally available to reserve at around 4–5 weeks old, they remain here at the bakery until they are at least 8 weeks old.

Babies may begin leaving for their new homes at 8 weeks of age, provided they are developing appropriately and we feel they are ready to make the transition.

An expected go-home date will be provided when you reserve your bunny, and pickup arrangements should be made ahead of time.

Please communicate with us if something comes up and you are unable to make your scheduled pickup. We understand that life happens and will do our best to work with you when there is communication.

Failure to communicate or pick up your bunny as agreed may result in the reservation being forfeited.

🥨 Transportation & Pickup

At this time, Bunana Bread Rabbitry is not able to work with transports.

Families are responsible for arranging pickup of their bunny at the agreed-upon location and time.

Specific pickup details will be discussed privately as your bunny's go-home date approaches.

🥕 Choosing Your Bunny

We are always happy to answer questions and provide information about our available babies to help you choose the right little baker for your family.

Please remember that babies are still growing and developing when reservations take place. Coat color, markings, size, ear carriage, and personality may continue to change as they mature.

We do our very best when determining sex, color, and other characteristics of each baby, but young rabbits can occasionally surprise us!

🍞 Our Closed Rabbitry

For the health and safety of our rabbits and babies, Bunana Bread Rabbitry is a closed rabbitry.

We do not generally offer visits to our rabbitry or casual meet-and-greets with babies before pickup. Limiting outside exposure helps us protect our rabbits and litters from illnesses, parasites, and other potential health risks.

We are more than happy to provide photos, videos, and updates so families can watch their reserved little baker grow while waiting for go-home day.

🧁 Before Reserving

Bringing home a rabbit is a long-term commitment. Please make sure you are prepared for the responsibility of caring for your bunny before placing a deposit.

We encourage families to review our Rabbit Care Information and Health Guarantee in addition to this sales policy before bringing their bunny home.
